You'll wake up with chronic back/neck pain relieved and have more energy all day long as a result. The ripple effect of better natural sleep will be felt in everything you do. We'll include our FREE guide with more tips for better natural sleep, and check out other Sleepwise products like our sleep masks designed with the latest natural sleep science. TIPS: - Your pillow will come rolled for shipping but should return to natural form immediately upon opening with some light fluffing. If for some reason fill has shifted simply open the side zipper to even out fill or pull some fill from the sides into the middle neck areas if you want a little more neck support.- There is a flap of fabric to prevent the zipper from getting stuck in the fill, so make sure the fill is inside that flap when you zip it back up.- If you are a back sleeper, try pulling the bottom corners of the pillow up a bit while you are lying on it so they rest on your shoulders providing even more support to keep you comfortable and snug on your back.- For lower back / sciatica pain relief, use a large pillow under your knees along with your Sleepwise Cervical Pillow.

Pillow seems to keep me in alignment
I always have neck pain due to injuries. I have tried many pillows without success. I finally started to sleep on a folded bath towel in a pillow case. I am a back sleeper and that was comfortable but hard on the back of my head, this pillow allows the same support without waking with the back of my head hurting. So far I am very happy with this pillow. I have not used this long enough to rate durability.

Standard sized pillow. Thus far, I've been able to sleep on it (side and back) without a problem. I'm still questioning if it actually supports my neck though.

Doesn't help align your spine.
Not what I expected at all. It has increased neck and shoulder pain!! Also hardly any Support for it's like sleeping on a marshmallow.

Good quality and value
I bought this pillow for myself for neck stiffness and my husband feel in love with it. Needless to say we will have to buy another!

Disappointing
Filling is uneven. Thicker on one end. I like a thin pillow and this is not enough support for me, and I am 150 lbs so it’s not like I need a big pillow.

No pain
I found out I have a displaced disc in my neck. This pillow has really helped with the pain.
