I love this leash! It is very sturdy and comfortable for me to hold walking my exuberant 90lb goldendoodle - however I don't recommend this for dogs that like to bite their leashes because they'll definitely want to shred this one! I like that it's shorter because it gives me better control during walks, but the material of the leash is soft enough to allow me to comfortably wrap it around my hand if I need to shorten it!

Well made. Width of the braid makes it very heavy duty. Well worth the money. Perfect length for a muscular dog. Green colour is beautiful. Very surprised to see the fantastic workmanship in this dog lead. Will buy again. This braided dog lead is great, great price, finished product exceeded my expectations, and delivery was excellent. This is a very beautiful, functional, dog lead, and it fits my needs perfectly.

When you have big dogs (over 80lbs), you need some strength when you're out on the town. This leash is great because it has plenty of heft, great spots to grab the leash, and because it is braided, you can snap in a dog bag holder on one of the individual strings of the braid. I highly recommend this to anybody who feels like their dog is a little stronger than they are. (Newfies and Golden Retrievers)

Initially thought I'd stumbled upon a great deal. I still like the leash. But I have a pitbull mix and this morning she was really anxious to get into the dog park, and SNAP! The handle popped and off she went. Could have been really bad, had she been trying to go after a squirrel, or ran into the street.

Great leash... and comfortable to hold.. worth every cent.. The braided leash is very substantial.. Not flimsy orcheap.. .Very strong and yes, heavy duty....leash for a large breed dog. And 4ft is the greatest size !! thank you :-)

one of the ends of the rope unraveled right away but just tucked it into the braids and no problem since, otherwise a 5 star item for sure. comfortable and strong!

LOVE.My dog has tried chewing through it on multiple occasions (with any/every other leash, he’s successful) but he hasn’t had any luck with this one! He’s bitten through a few strings but nothing to cause major damage. Still holding strong.It’s lasted a good few years.

The collar clip pulled off within 5 minutes of walking my lab puppy and almost caused an altercation with another dog. Easily the worst amazon experience I’ve ever had
