Not worth the money. It is very flimsy. It is not padded at all and the inner side has thin filaments of fiber, not the wool-like fabric of better models. In addition, the D-rings rotate when used, causing discomfort. The back (flat) portion of the D-rings are not even welded, so I would think that they eventually would stretch out. I returned it.
