The product arrived in a non-sealed package. The power cord and the microphone were missing. The quality looked like these toys you get to kids and was clearly a return from someone else's purchase. Was returned and refunded.

Delivered quickly, product seemed to be a good budget keyboard however it quickly became clear that 2 keys are not working. This does not appear to be a setting, and the feel of the 2 keys is slightly different to the remainder

Very poor quality. White keys dont work at all. What's the point? So swiftly returned
