Does this fit 2006 acura mdx?

Sorry no it doesn't .Dorman offer the temperature door actuator only on this vehicle. Part#604-946

My vent functions won't work. if i press the defrost, it might come out of another vent vs where i want it to. will this part fix this? 09 accord

Nope, the one on the driver's side controls that function.

Is this actuator for the driver side or passenger side? i have honda accord 2010 ex. thanks.

This is the recirculation actuator.

Would this be for the right (passenger side)? it looks similar but not sure. i have a 2010 honda accord ex-l with dual a/c.

I installed mine on the passenger side. I have an ‘08 Accord with dual AC. It was easier to replace after I took out the blower motor
