Finally, a working laptop
Easy to install and now my laptop is finally working again.

Easy install, no issues. Battery life isn’t great (1-2 hours) but is a lot better than the original 6 year old manufacturer battery.

Replacement battery for HP G5 laptop
Installation went great. Easy to get in laptop. The only complaint is that I now get a massage every time I startup the laptop warning me that it's not HP OEM

Trouble fitting into the battery compartment.
I just started using it, so far seems to hold charge. But the sizing was weird. I could only fit the battery if I pressed really hard on the back part of it. It looks just like the original but somehow it fails to fit correctly. Either you slide from the back or the front, one side needs to be pressed. I recommend pressing from the back and not the pin connector so as not to damage the charging socket.I will update my review with pictures once I get to see how much charge and for how long does it hold it.
