Yes. The rail for GPU mounting that is mounted when you receive the case is for 6 GPUs. There is a second rail in the box for 8 GPUs. just replace the 6 hole bar with the 8 hole bar. This case will support 8 GPUs plus 1 on the motherboard with the 8 position rail. This is JUST a case w/out PS. The comment about BIOS applies to the MB you will be using. I use the 6 GPU bar and have 7 GPUs installed. (1 in the motherboard x16 slot) If your GPUs require the 6/8 pin additional power connectors, make sure the one you select has enough connectors for your GPUs. The PS I bought can handle four 6 or 8 pin+4 6 pin OR six 8 pin with two 6 pin x2 to single 8 pin adapters used.
