Attractive little thermos - but expensive and the maker is worried it could rust.
I bought this flask because I needed one of precisely these dimensions to fit verically under the lid of my bicycle pannier bag without falling over - which it does admirably. It seems to be nicely made and is smart in appearance, but although most double walled flasks are quite expensive £16 for this very small one (300ml) does seem excessive. One wonders how much of that finds its way to the people in central China who made itThere is a curious removable filter under the lid. I think this is to catch the ‘bits’ in liquids such as natural orange juice as they are poured in. Although the inner wall is made of stainless steel the company seem anxious about the possibility of rusting since salt, in particular, could cause this. Steel lined flasks are durable and very popular nowadays, but whilst old fashioned glass thermoses are fragile they are not liable to such contamination. This is not a criticism aimed at this particular item but a rather a comment about all the many such flasks now on the market. All that said, this baby example is rather nice and should prove quite ok for my purposes, in which case I will soon forget how much I paid for it.

Convenient thermal bottle
Nice little thermal bottle. I use it for a cup of coffee everyday. Very convenient.
