Sturdy, strong product. I ordered after using these at the gym. Reversible, with strength level noted on each. Comes in a clear zippered pouch for organized storage - includes a book with suggested exercises & links to workout videos. Not the cheapest option available, but I’m Very happy with this purchase because of the excellent quality.

Great bands! After careful consideration I chose these because I wanted them to be the same length but have different resistance. They worked perfect for glute bridges, hip lifts, squats or lunges. I would consider myself advanced but not a bodybuilder, I was able to use the heavy band for most everything and get a good burn. I would recommend to anyone though, beginners can use the light bands. It came with a workout guide and a carrying pouch.
