1= first you should talk to your doctor because everyone's problem is different / he might recommend a few youtube videos like mine did for the kind of back exercise & chest stretching exercise that will have to be done because I did not want to see a bunch of other kind of doctors he name. I just want to try on my own for 1 year. 2= The following applies not only to this Posture Corrector but for any being sold [ as told these try to help remind you to stand tall its the exercise that is going to do the most good ] Sorry people there is no easy fix3= Me I am 61yr old male & do construction work / I ware it all day / its hard to bend over4= how I put it on = I slide it over my head like a tee-shirt I stand with my heals against a wall & pull my shoulders back [ you will feel the chest stretch ] Then grab the 2 straps move far away from the wall while maintaining thatposture pull the straps backward as tightly as I can stand it and hook them up. then one side at a time I a-line the 2 belts one on top of other then do the same to other side. Yes it is going to ride up under your armpit. I have use it with an without a tee-shirt and it does not matter to me.5= Now you have to adjust all your chairs even the car seat so that you maintain 90 deg. angle[ lets say] then sit all the way back in that easy chair along with the office chair - dinning room chair or any other chair you sit in . If you lean forward in the chair keep that back straight .6= You have to keep a straight posture on you mind all the time. Your back between the shoulder blades will fill sore because you have not exercise that area an they are starched out.7= YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN = LISTEN TO MOM STANDUP STRAIGHT / SIT UP STRAIGHTLAST THING = Start by talking to your DOCTOR then listen to MOM

Not for petite people
I bought this to help improve my daughter’s posture. But it’s way too big for her. She’s 12 but is usually mistaken for 14. I’m 5’6” and she’s almost a as tall as me.

It’s been a lifesaver for me
I’ve been struggling with shoulder and neck problems for several months without much relief. Though hesitant, I gave this a try and I’m honestly really glad I did. It’s not hard to put on or adjust because of the Velcro straps and the material is pretty comfortable to wear also. It’s easy to conceal under clothing but also easily slips on over a sweatshirt even. I first wore it a couple hours and have worked my way up but I can tell a tremendous difference in posture which was the source of my shoulder and back pain. I would totally recommend this. It’s saved me from going to a chiropractor so far.

It works!
Using this product to correct posture and avoid sagging shoulders. The product does make you stand upright. If you use it several days in a row and miss one day, you will notice that your body already will tend to align itself straight.The first few times it was difficult to put it on, but after 3-4 days you will get the hang of it. Highly recommend it.,
