Mistral Set of 6 Mugs By Laurie Gates

They are too big and too wide. The drink gets cold immediately. It takes long time to heat in microwave.

I bought this set of coffee mugs because I really loved the design and colors. Boy was I wrong! they started chipping around the rim almost immediately and now the insides are turning dark because of the coffee. Very cheaply made for the price I paid. Expected better quality from Laurie Gates. Guess she has them maid in “CHINA”

I bought a set of Laurie Gates mugs at Costco. They say they are microwave and dishwasher proof. Oh they are if you like chipped and pealing coffee mugs. I don't microwave them, but do put them in the dishwasher. After just one wash, the handle paint pealed off. Would not buy them again, anywhere.

I absolutely loved these mugs, very cheerful and attractive. I received a lot of compliments however, after several dish washings (they are supposedly dishwasher safe) the interior of the blue mug is turning dark gray and it appears to be that possibly the glaze is wearing off. At this point, I am not sure if it is safe to drink from these mugs as the green one has started to show the same issue.Does anyone know if it would still be safe to drink from the mugs when the glazing appears to be wearing off? I can possibly salvage the 4 remaining mugs.

Love these mugs! Bought them at Costco a couple years ago and would buy them again if they returned. I look for them whenever I shop there. Would love to see smaller plates to match!

Love them. They are carrying them at Costco right now @ $14.99 for 6. They are nice sized mugs and very cheerful. Love the fact the set comes in different colors so you don't mix coffee cups with guests.

It's like holding a piece of art whose function is to hold my favorite beverage. I found this set at Costco and just couldn't pass it up. They are quite large but are not too heavy. The colors are so cheerful.
