Introductory Biological Statistics, Third Edition 3rd Edition

Good price but didn't end up needing it

Easy to read, lots of examples, practice problems, and even comes with software. Great textbook that makes learn stats a breeze

Not spectacular, only ordered because it was required for the class. Definitely worth its cost; good value but limited in content.

This book was in really good shape and served its purpose in helping getting my daughter through her college class.

This book is rather dense, and as a result is not very useful for the class I bought it for. Additionally, it doesn't do a very effective job of outlining many of the key statistical tests one would think are important in this field (such as a z-test) and instead is filled with examples that are either poorly explained or not fully elaborated on.The big plus side of the book is that it does have a lovely series of images which are great for visualizing some of the more difficult concepts.

Looked pretty new and came with the cd

An excellent first statistics book for biological scientists.

I bought this book new and from Amazon, but it is missing pages 87-110. My book is missing almost 2 chapters of information.
