I bought these for use exactly as shown in the pictures, to hang up coffee cups. Once they arrived they slid right into place, just as easily as described, but the issues were instantly apparent when I put small espresso cups on the hooks at the back, the metal bends! Espresso cups are probably the smallest and lightest possible cups to use on this, and though you could hang the full amount on the hooks, it would bend down so much that I can't imagine it lasting long at all, nor is it effective. Any larger or heavier cups are essentially a no-go, it bends terribly and they overcrowd instntly. So, if you want to use it for small, light espresso cups, you might like this, but anything bigger or heavier, I'd say it's near useless.

This is a really thin & flimsy, not strong to hold even 1 mug!!! As soon I put 3 mugs on the pegs it started to bend as it’s not made out of strong material. It’s a disappointment really that this couldn’t be made with a strong & sturdier material. The mugs I have are not heavy, imagine if they were, the whole thing would have collapsed!!!

I use this to hold my jewellery (necklaces/bracelets) . It keeps them all in order, easy to see and doesn’t require much storage space.Admittedly it’s not the strongest metal for holding mugs but it has been designed with a hole for a screw to be placed to secure it to the bottom of the shelf more effectively . I imagine that if this has been screwed in, it’ll be quite strong.Without it though, you’ve got no chance of holding a set of mugs.

Only just arrived after i ordered months ago. Plus once i put mugs on it it bended down. And im talking small mugs too. Not the best product. Too long for mt standard sized cupboards too

This unit looks ok but it is impossible to hang more than 3 normal mugs or maybe 4 very small ones so not much help in saving space really.

The hanger parts are too close to each other so my coffee cups don't fit in all of them. I still use it but not able to use every hanger on the item.
