A perfect addition to our ice fishing gear! Light weight and easy to use! I’m 5’2.5” and I was able to use it with ease. My man is 6’+ and he used it easily as well! We were told that an 8” hole was small but it was great for us!

Lightweight, popped 5 hoes through 20 inches of ice in like 90 seconds. Just keep the batter warm until you use it. Otherwise it seems to struggle. Love the auger, fantastic value.

I didn't really know where to start with electric ice augers but this one is excellent for the job I need. I haven't tried to max out the battery but I did an easy 8 holes in 5 inch ice and still had a full charge 2 hours later in 20 degree F weather. As others have mentioned, it can struggle a bit with that very bottom, hard layer of ice a bit but it will get through. So for smaller-scale ice fishing set ups, this is fantastic for the price!

My wife bought me this Ice auger for Christmas. After getting it I charged the battery and put it in the back of my truck for some Minnesota Ice fishing. I was disappointed to find that the sub zero temps did affect the battery performance. It made the auger stop and have to be restarted to drill holes, this happened multiple times. I also noticed it got much louder while under load. I was concerned, so I called LandWorks customer service and support. Upon talking to the representative, Paul, he was very willing to make this right. He listened to my concerns, problem solved with me, and assured me that the noise was due to gear reduction and tourque when under load. Upon talking with my brother who also has the same auger, I found that the auger comes stock with a two ah battery, my brother bought the 4 ah upgraded battery, his auger works fine. I would suggest this upgrade if you are going to use this auger in sub zero temps. Over all, I am satisfied with this product, but more because of the support I received from LandWorks. It has plenty of power to drill through the 24 inches of ice I was drilling through, and is a good buy for the money

My young teen loves icefishing & wanted his own stuff. I didn't want to spend a ton & I didn't want an auger that was going to break down or give us trouble. This auger was more than I wanted to spend for a teen just starting out, but let me tell you, the ease of use, it's maneuverability, worry free, mess free features are worth every last dime. Now if only a spare battery wasn't quite so costly..... the battery it comes with does last a very long time but when you're out with a few people & need 24+ holes it's nice to know you have a spare just in case. So far very pleased with this purchase.

I used the auger for two days. the ice was 2 1/2 feet thick. it went through it like it was butter, almost. I drilled 10 holes and the battery was still full. It is very well built and easy to use. I definitely recommend this auger.

Product worked for 2020 summer. Battery in early 2021 is dead. 9 months. Customer service never has contacted back. terrible

I bought this auger as a gift from me, to me. It arrived quickly with free deliver! I have had it for over a month and have drilled over twenty holes in ice up to 30 inches thick. No issues at all. Be sure to follow the instructions on how to charge and store the battery to ensure optimal performance.
