This mouth guard is NOT suitable for small mouths. Please take this into consideration before purchasing this item. *** ATTN *** This product is not suitable for people with small mouth structure or existing TMJ condition. *** VERY IMPORTANT *** Make sure that when you are custom molding this to you mouth that the UPPER part up the mouth piece is directly on your UPPER jaw, and that the LOWER part of the mouth piece is directly on your LOWER jaw. If the mouth piece is upside down when custom molding to your mouth then the mouth piece has a chance of shifting back and forth while sleeping. Just released hot off the engineering block, the Eliminator PRO adjustable Mouthpiece is the most advanced and effective snoring product on the market. With a smaller overall size than the competing brand, and even smaller than the original Pro model is more comfortable than ever before. Snoring mouthpieces work well because the move the lower jaw forward which in turn opens the airway that gets restricted by the soft pallet when sleeping and causes snoring.

Too big and uncomfortable, totally useless for me
It looks like a small mouthguard in images and even in your hand, but once in the mouth it very bulky and uncomfortable. That gel material that's supposed to mold to your teeth is a bit tough and hurts, and I believe if worn over long periods of time this item may actually make overbites worse. I could be wrong though. For now I'm sure it's uncomfortable and for me impossible to sleep with, tried and almost threw up.They say it's not suitable for small mouths but mine is pretty normal. What do they expect? Was this designed for horses and not people?

Worked for me.
After molding this, I used it and had great results the first night. My jaw was a little sore when I woke up in the middle of the night, so I took it out. My wife asked me if I took it out in the morning, because I immediately started snoring with it out. It is relatively large and you definitely know you have it in. I molded it as described, but actually didn't need to adjust it forward at all to stop snoring(guessing my jaw goes back when I sleep). This is not specifically for sleep apnea, but I have mild sleep apnea and it seems to be helping. Completely worth it if holds up!

Works Great - Very Adjustable!
I tried the non adjustable versions of these with mixed results. Being able to adjust the lower law made all the difference in the world! It works 100% of the time meaning my wife is very happy and I seem to sleep better all around.Take your time molding it with your teeth in your normal bite position then adjust it so it gently moves your lower jaw forward while you sleep and snoring vanishes!

Just Plain Works!
Pro: The product just works. This was my first foray into a mouthpiece to stop snoring and I wasn't sure what to expect. I didn't have high hopes of a miracle cure, but sure enough, first night, no snoring. My family will never let me go back to sleeping without this thing!Con: The setting process is a little time consuming and you need to get it right. I might have bit down a little harder than needed, but the product still works for me. Watch all the videos and follow the instructions, you'll be ok. I find it best to bite naturally and lightly. You can always re-heat and do it again, if the initial set isn't deep enough. Some people report more drooling or the mouth piece coming out. I don't have that problem because I am a back sleeper. I did have the mouth piece fall out twice in the 100+ nights of using it. I also find if I happen to end up on my side (rarely) there is a high chance of drooling on the pillow.Lastly, I've read that all mouthpieces cause jaw soreness. This is no different. It does cause soreness. The worst was the first week. It's now subsided a lot, but not completely gone. I'm sore for about 15 to 30 seconds before brushing my teeth in the morning. All in all, I'd gladly take all the cons with the very important fact that it stopped my snoring.
