We have about 15 of these mittens because honestly there is only one company that makes mittens like this in the US and we have nowhere else to go for scratch relief. They work pretty well, in terms of mitigating damage for a newborn. Now that my daughter is a toddler, she can pull these off or stretch it enough so that she can scratch through the non silk part of the sleeve. After 6 months of use on each, it'll start to come apart. The organic cotton sleeves don't stretch much so won't last long, but the regular sleeves can stretch a lot so it'll last about 3-6 months on the regular sleeves. I'm still satisfied with the sleeve and don't have other qualms about it, other than not having enough colors and designs to choose from. Their customer service doesn't seem to be great. I have emailed them a couple times with no response at all, not sure why. We also order from theeczemacompany because they have way, way better deals. Eczema parents know how costly this disease can be. It would be nice if Amazon had the same deals. However, since theeczemacompany has not disappointed one bit, I would be committed to purchasing eczema products from them instead. No, I am in no way associated with that company.

My daughter has pretty bad eczema and loves to channel her inner Edward Scissorhands to her face, arms, legs, ankles, and just about anywhere bare skin is showing. Her face got really bad from all her incessant scratching and rubbing. I needed to get it to heal so that it stopped being itchy. That’s where the sleeves came in! And they’ve been a godsend. Her face is healed and there’s no more nicks and cuts. If she’s not in long sleeves, she’s wearing her scratch sleeves. I have these in pink, blue and white (who cares if it says boy, eczema knows no sex). I ordered the other brand but sent it back because you can’t free their hands when it’s not needed during most awake hours. She doesn’t sleep without them and I wouldn’t trust her to sleep without them lest I want to wake up to a raw and bloody faced baby.

My son has had eczema since three months old. We purchased these at 12 months old for night time and to wear in the car. He is constantly scratching his face and we would see bloody sheets in the morning and have lots of scarring on his face. I wish we found these sooner! We used mittens and socks on his hands but they never stayed on. This product is amazing! It’s soft and stays on through the night and my son wakes up scratch free and his face is less red and irritated. He is also able to sleep better. I think the silky feel on his face is soothing. I also don’t have to worry anymore about his open wounds getting infected! Great product we are ordering a few more for back ups!

Love this brand and love this product. My 2 year old has a horrible habit of pulling her hair out. She has done this since an infant and off and on I can get control of it. Well the horrible habit is back again. I had these in smaller sizes and decided to buy one a bit bigger. This helps so much! She can't pull her hair at night- which is when she does it the most. Keeps her hair and keeps mom's sanity.

My son has Eczema as well and multiple large congenital Nevis he itches nonstop and is only 14 months. We heard about scratchmenot from another mother dealinnwith the same thing my husband and I were at our wits end! My son wakes up and his crib sheets are bloody and his affect arm with the nevi is so scabbed up it made my skin crawl just to touch it! I cannot tell you the relief I found with ur product! Prior to my husband and I started cutting holes in his shirt to put around his thumb it worked but he was still able to get the shirt up enough to scratch this has been heaven sent!!! I would pay triple the amount for the relief my family and I have received !! Thank you for this wonderful invention!

I ordered this for my 9 month old niece who suffers from extremely sensitive skin (12 month size). The sleeves are Great!! They help to keep my niece from scratching and clawing at her skin. They work just as they are described. My niece is now over a year old and she can still wear the 12 month size. There was also little to no shrinkage after washing and drying.

This product is amazing and my child can't get it off to scratch. We only use it at night now because we discovered her eczema and itchiness was due to food allergies. Please please if your child has severe itching and eczema go see a pediatric allergist. Your child can see them at any age. Even right after their born. And your child can develop allergies at any age!! We waited until our daughter was 6 months because we were told that was the age they could do testing and we both suffered for two months, for no reason. Now her skin is clear due eliminating her allergies from my milk and she doesn't scratch, only when she is tired or sleeping, I think out of habit.

These have helped us tremendously with our son's severe eczema. I like the darker colors over this one but both worked well as we switch out his sleeves with each bath.Make sure you get scratchmenot brand. I accidentally ordered the other brand one and it was so rough. It also was not organic cotton.This is the best one I've found.
