There is really nothing else out there that compares
Over the years, I have discovered that my cold weather motorcycle riding contributes to most of my sinus infections. I bought the NOJ Quiet Rider Deluxe as a means of keeping cold air from shooting up my helmet and into my face, making my nose run and causing general discomfort. It does a wonderful job preventing all of that. (I did not buy it for the "quiet" aspect, although I find it does lower noise levels.) A chin curtain, neck gaiter and/or balaclava just does not provide the protection and comfort I get with the NOJ. I've been using NOJ Quiet Riders for the last 12 years and have yet to find an equal. They are a bit pricey but they're worth it for me.

Good for noisy helmets, but VERY difficult to install.
Awesome solution for helmet noise. It really does work... That is IF you can install it. Installation is very laborious, and instructions are not available at the provided website. Good luck!

Pass
Too hard to fit, doesn't work as expected. It does reduce some noise, but I found it uncomfortable and impractical.

Cuts Wind, Scratches Neck
This did a decent job cutting road noise. Note, there is a lot of other turbulence on a helmet that causes noise. The noticeable difference is when you are using a communications device, where you and your caller can both hear your voice more clearly. That said, this is a pain to put on and the Velcro is not finished to help avoid any irritation on the neck. The edges of the Velcro are not trimmed or covered like on many products. It is also takes much more time to put the helmet on since it seals with the Velcro closures. I would have preferred to have Spendex or Neoprene to help seal. Overall, I'm highly disappointed. I've had a WindJammer in the past and would recommend that instead.

It quiets down the wind noise
This works great. Really quiets down the high end wind noise. Easy to install.

Worth buying
Noticeably cuts down on wind and noise. The item sent to me was black, as advertised. It did not have flaps coming down the neck as shown in the picture.
