Very nice!
I bought this for my 10 year old daughter’s birthday and she loves it. Very nice appearance and quality. Appears exactly as pictured here. Works very well. No issues. FAST!UPDATE: This product lasted for 4 months and stopped charging, therefore my daughter can’t use it anymore. Broken after only 4 months of use and she didn’t ride it everyday. Bought in August 2019 and stopped working in December 2020.

A bit expensive but... it hasn't caught fire!!
The app is pretty pointless being bluetooth range only but, my daughter loves it. Battery lasts a long time, the things flies! Self-balancing is great for newbies.It's a great toy, i'd buy it again.

Great looking and works well
My 11 and 13 year old both love this hoverboard! We tried two other brands and both had issues. They say getting on and off if this one is easier and both pads are very responsive.

my charger port cover broke off and I cannot put it back on!
The first day I got this my daughter rode it until battery died. So I go to plug it in and the charger port cover broke and now I cannot cover the charger port we barely even had it out of the box. I suppose it rides good on concrete but def not on grass. I thought it was suppose to ride on almost anything..

Excellent product but more importantly excellent customer service
We purchased this hover board for our 7 year old and it is definitely her favorite toy and an excellent product. There was a minor issue but the customer service team handled it quickly and their communication was excellent...
