I've tried a number of creams, more as a preventive measure than to treat a diaper rash. Thankfully, out little guys has been rash free. I put this on when I see a little redness possibly emerging to prevent a rash. Nice travel size but hadn't used this brand before and didn’t realize that the cream is white so makes application with your fingers messy. Make sure you are close to something to wash or wipe off your hands afterwards.
