Q: Has anyone else noticed their hair falling out? since i started using this it is coming out in clumps. i saw complaint dream lengths.

I haven't noticed hair loss. I only apply the product to the length of my hair. Never use it on my scalp. I don't know if that makes a difference but it might be worth trying it that way.

Q: Can you use this on color treated hair? They increased the price by over 10.00 on that one, and I can't afford anymore. I do have some hair loss.

Apply to wet hair from lengths to tips after shampooing. Leave on for only 1 minute and rinse thoroughly. Total Repair 5 Damage Erasing Balm After using Total Repair 5 Shampoo, apply to wet hair and massage through to ends. Leave in for 3-5 minutes. Rinse.
