Great way to teach math
I got this as a math supplement for my 7 year old son. He loves Minecraft so it was a fun way to teach and go over skills.

Great for reluctant writers who love Minecraft
My kiddo LOVES this book. We’ve unsuccessfully tried several ways to get her to do more writing practice, but I often find her doing pages in this book in her free time.

Too easy for 2nd graders
If your child is at least an average writer, this book will be too easy compared to others (i.e. Spectrum and Harcourt 2nd grade books). My child still enjoyed it. I suggest you buy one grade up.

Perfect For Minecraft lovers
My 7 year old 2nd grader is a reluctant writer. It’s usually a fight to get him to write anything. When I came across this book, I asked if I got something like this would he put more effort into writing practice and he said yes. He is obsessed! I love the creative writing prompts that allow him to use his imagination to create Minecraft inspired stories as well as teaching things like nouns, verbs, sentence structure, etc. He does multiple pages each day without even being asked to. It was been a wonderful addition to our homeschooling. I highly recommend for any kiddos that enjoy Minecraft!

Fun switch up
We homeschool and monotony can really be a drag with curriculum. We’ve used these as alternate writing exercises some days and my son really enjoys the exercises because he likes Minecraft so much. It’s not enough as far as teaching new concepts, but for review and strengthening skills in reluctant writers I think it’s a perfect tool for kids who are into the game.

These are FANTASTIC for homeschool or school supplement
I'm a 20 year teacher. I've been disappointed with the engagement and difficulty of some of my own kids' online school assignments this year. They have been playing Minecraft for hours and hours. And then I found these! These books are aligned well by grade level to common core, but they actually are about topics my kids care about these days! So, they actually do them! And, they learn. I basically assign one page per kid per school day. Recently, one kid did a page on prefixes coincidentally a few days before there was a prefix assignment from his actual teacher. He even said that he learned more from and enjoyed more doing his minecraft page. This year, he has completed 2.5 of these workbooks (Reading and Writing at his grade level and started one from the grade level above), and my other child has completed 1.5 (one at grade level and one at the grade level above). I think they are excellent and have just ordered 1 more for each kid.

Perfect for Homeschooling!
I homeschool my kiddos and got this for my oldest. This is absolutely the perfect book to get and keep her engaged in Language Arts. She just loved it the moment she saw it and couldn't wait to do the worksheets inside. It even includes a cool certificate at the end. Thank you so much for making this. You've made my job even easier!
