This stuff definitely works. I would recommend following the directions and start with one pill for at least a week. The first day I felt the effects, I was jittery and sweat a lot. I’m about to start my 3rd week and take one pill two times a day and don’t feel that anymore. I take it with a lot of water or it does cause upset stomach.I have finally broken my plateau and am slowly losing weight with my same diet and exercise routine. Also, it may sound crazy, but it does improve my mood. I accidentally forgot to take it before work one day and let’s just say I wasn’t the most pleasant person to be around. One thing to note is to definitely watch caffeine consumption with this. Caffeine has never had a huge impact on me but someone made coffee with espresso shots at work and when I consumed both I couldn’t even think straight. I still have my normal coffee in the morning but I skip the liquid crack at work now.

I absolutely love this product! It works great gives me a boost of energy when I need at the most during the day. Definitely recommend and will continue to purchase.

I'd recommend that you start this on a weekend. Because I had read that it can cause jitters I actually opened the first capsule and dumped out about a third of it. Regardless of that I still felt really really high the first day. The second day it wasn't quite as bad I'll note that I'm also pretty caffeine sensitive. Your body definitely feels warmer so it does have a thermogenic effect. It does a really good job of suppressing appetite, I've basically just been eating one baked potato a day and while I do get hungry kind of, it's tolerable. I would recommend you only take one capsule a day the first couple days until you don't feel like absolute crap anymore and then add a second capsule in early afternoon.It definitely gives you a lot of energy and no crash. That's saying a lot considering I'm getting less than a thousand calories a day and I'm a man and I have a fairly physical job with a lot of walking.I'd like to point out that these things won't actually make you lose weight if you're still eating poorly and not exercising. You need to still cut out calories and be at a calorie deficit use a calorie tracker, don't eat things that are high in fat, that means no ranch, no mayonnaise. For salad dressing you want to use like oil and vinegar instead. Eat a ton of protein that is low in calories like eggs and nuts and things but not like peanut butter which is high in sugar generally. Basically research dietary information, always read the information on the back of products you're going to eat. And if you go out to eat, look up the caloric and nutritional information on what you're eating, because looks can be deceiving.But as a device to kill hunger pains it works superbly so far after 5 days on it. And now after 5 days I'm not really noticing any side effects anymore.

I'm a 40-year-old woman, 5' 2", currently close to 200 lbs. I never realized I coped with stress by eating until life threw some tough family losses my way, derailing my focus on health and myself all together. I finish my workout around 5 - 5:30 and I've already made it through a half a gallon of water without upsetting my stomach. Jitters and migraines haven't been an issue because I remain consistent with working out and drinking water, and while I experience temporary sweating and chills, they pass swiftly.I found that if I don't take a 2nd pill, my junk cravings kick in and I lose energy. Having junk cravings when the food will make you feel sick is a nasty combo. So I take a 2nd around 11am and am good for the day and it doesn't affect my sleep. I drink about a gallon and a half a day, easily get in 8k steps now, I have the energy to get through my day, I wake up with energy, and my drive to workout is back.I'm down a few pounds this week, not bloated, cranky, or depressed, I have healthy cravings, junk food turns my stomach and doesn't taste good, and I'm excited to do things now. All it took was a kick in the ass from a little pill twice a day. This I can definitely keep up with to get back to a healthy place with good blood work; genuinely grateful to have found a place where I feel motivated and good about myself again. I wish I didn't wait so long, although this too is part of my journey to not get back here again - learning lessons and reality checks come from somewhere, right?

As far as fat burning, I guess it helps somewhat. Only used it a couple weeks, but I hate the side effects I'm experiencing. I start to get the shivers and it feels like I'm getting a cold after taking it, runny nose and all, even when taking it with a meal, which you should absolutely do. Maybe your reactivity to it will be different, but I'm finishing the bottle and never using again.
