Best sea salt capers we have ever bought online. The quality is outstanding. It is important to know that salt packed capers need to be soaked before use (unlike capers packed in brine which can be used straight from the jar). After soaking these and using them in a poached fish dish, my guests raved that the capers were actually the star of the meal. Packaging is very good. The jar was bubble wrapped to ensure successful arrival. I will purchase these again and again.

These are the best capers. They are in salt. I bought them to make caponata and they were amazing. I would recommend them.
