An Intense exercise experience
Having had the machine for a few weeks I have a few thoughts about the machine.1) This has an extreme range of motion.2) It focuses intently on the front of the thighs and the calves.3) I am in terrible shape.I found that if you get on the machine by first sitting on the machines seat, you will go through a huge range of motion. From the seated position, this is similar to squatting to the point your hammies area touching your calves. My 65 year old knees object to this much range of motion. My solution: I step on the peddles from the standing position while holding the handle bar. I then lower my self to just above the point my knees object. Then I return to the top position. The first time I used the machine, I only could handle about 1 minute of work. I have broken my exercise into smaller sets and have increased my exercise time with each set.I like this machine, it sets my thighs on fire and I would recommend it to anyone at long as you find a range of motion that works for you and doesn't cause you strain.Worth a look!

I Love it!
I am 61 have had 5 knee surgeries and was unsure about getting this. I am very glad I did. With the weather being too hot and humid to walk I needed something. I use it twice a day. You can adjust the tension from 1 to 20. I am still on 1 but have increased from 10 times to 30. I feel it in my legs and shoulders. I also bought it to do squats. Not sure if has helped in that area yet but I do feel better. My Husband even uses it. It is not cheaply made and it us sturdy. We have it on carpet. Nice buy for the price.

Good Value
Amazing piece of equipment. Did not realize how out of shape my legs were. It was quite easy to assemble. It is easier, for one person, to lay the frame on it's side to connect the small cross arm. It is fun to use.

Buy it! Do NOT hesitate!
This product is SOOOOO much better than I thought it was going to be. I read numerous reviews and watched quite a few YouTube videos about similar products. I suffer SEVERE lower-back pain, and I was concerned that I would not be able to use the equipment; however, I was relieved by the fluidity and range of motion. The adjustable tension and the vertical rowing technique are EXCELLENT for users who seek a low-impact full-body workout. Get it!Note on assembly: Don't be in a hurry to assemble this equipment. It is NOT difficult, but the instructions are small and can be confusing. Put on some reading glasses and cross reference the steps in the booklet with the steps on the tool packet. You can do it!

Not as described
It was easy to put together. Smooth move. Light weight. However the meter that shows stats doesnt work good some of the number aren't complete.Noticed the hydrolic cylinder has kinks in it, it doesn't have resistance at points of movement.I am extremely disappointed in this. I was gonna purchase the sunnyhealth brand but choose this brand. Why because it was cheaper and some reviews were good. I got it for my wife who had cancer treatments and now has neuropathy in her legs and arms and needs to strengthen them to keep muscles and blood supply healthy. So now not sure to send back or what..a real pain in the butt. If those 2 issues weren't a problem it might be a nice small compact light weight machine.

Love it!
This is a great exercise machine. It really works you out my 84-year-old mother loves to come to my house to use it. She says it helps with her hip pain so I surprised her at Christmas with one. highly recommended.

Perfect machine!
I needed a machine to help me strengthen my core, legs & glutes without doing squats and this ticked all the boxes.Affordable, easy to assemble and actually works (well...providing you use it lol). Instructions say not to do more than 20 min a day, the first week I was doing struggling to do 3-5 minutes (it has a tracker) every other day and boy did I feel it. It not only works your legs but it allows me to get a good stretch through my back. I’m very happy with this purchase!
