I bought this for my granddaughter because I remembered that my daughter loved her play vacuum cleaner when she was little. When I visited them in NY, my son-in-law got their Dyson out to vacuum the floor and my granddaughter was trying to tell me something that I didn’t understand. Finally, I realized that she wanted me to get her Dyson out of the corner for her so that she could “help daddy clean”. It was so adorable!

I like this cuse I have always wanted this Vacuum for myself ( the real Dyson that I can't afford hahah ..maybe one day ) but I do have a great Vacuum that I won in sweepstakes last year thats comparable to the Dyson..and everytime I use it my toddler goes wild since he wants to do it...And so I thought " well I will get him his own little vacuum so that way we can pretend he is helping me . I think it looks good and my son seems to like it, although It does not actually suck up anything ( i tested and put like a few things of dust from stuff I was sweeping to see if it would work and nope nothing) I also thought it was a little flimsier then I had expected . HOWEVER , we are talking about a play childs vacuum , so in that case for the price its definitely ok. I thought it might be a little more sturdier since its made by Dyson and they make such quality products...But honestly for a 2 year old its perfect, I mean what do they know about quality anyways lol...I mean it hasn't broken and he likes it and thats all that matters. OH and its saved me some aggravation while I vacuum cuse normally he is grabbing at my vacuum and now when I give him this he thinks hes actually helping too ( which makes my life easier and its fun to see him smile and learn that hes helping around house.) So for the price and the fact that he is actually behaved while I vacuum is worth it.

Edit: it’s been over a month with these vacuums and my boys are still obsessed with them. Every morning it’s the first toy they play with. They love chasing each other, pretending to vacuum up their toys, the dogs and mom & dads toes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!My boys are 13 months old, so essentially squirrels that go from here to there and are constantly switching toys. Not with these! The day they got delivered they played all night with them, one even “vacuumed” the whole living room and dining room. We thought, cool that was great for a nights worth of play and the hype will settle down. It’s been 4 days of not getting tired of these! Over half of their playing for the day is pushing around and chasing each other with these vacuums! If you have a kiddo that loves when you vacuum, highly recommend! The only thing they get frustrated with is the vacuums don’t stay up on their own.

My son LOVES this “vacuum”. It’s easily his favorite toy. He helps me “clean” on a daily basis, in fact even insists on it! He’s enjoyed and tired of countless toys over his 21 month existence, but this one is still going strong after several (6+) months of daily use. We tried a couple other kinds of toy vacuums, but this was the clear winner. Even tho others played music, or had buttons, or lights, or cartoon characters, he strongly preferred this one, because it most resembled mine (caught him trying to use mine, which is why we began the search in the first place 😅). The fact that it actually has its own tiny removable dust bin makes it even more rewarding for him, as he can see the efforts of all his hard work pay off when he dumps the little particles of dirt and debris into the trash can. He can’t wait to open it, see what it’s collected, then go again for another round! Not to mention it’s a fantastic tool for teaching him how to keep a clean house AND have fun while doing it. He’s Mama’s Little Helper, and it brings us BOTH joy!
