Doesn't work with a sight.
Great magnet for a pistol if you don't have a site on it. I bought this prior to getting the sight put on my glock 43x and it worked great however with a sight it won't rest in the cradle fully. No fault on the company or the product.

Strong holder but useless due to my sight.
Sturdy holder with a strong magnet, it is worthless for me due to the size of my sight (TruGlo Brite-Site TFX Sights for Glock). It just won't fit. This should be mentioned in the item description.

Very weak magnet.. good idea, but they need stronger magnets.
The item description does not say how strong the magnet is as far as what it is rated for how much weight it can hold. Normaly this wouldn't be an issue. I purchased this magnet. Installed it pretty easily. But it will not hold up my firearm. I have a canik tp9 elite sc.. loaded with the 12rd magazine it weighs around 2.5 pounds. The magnet will not hold this.. soon as I take a turn in my truck. The gun falls down. If I hit my breaks. The gun falls down. If I accelerate the gun falls down. Walmart and harbor freight both sell stronger magnet mounts.. for cheaper. I'll have to replace it with a stronger magnet..
