I use this for any rides longer than 20 miles. Its great, easy to apply. Doesn't have a strong scent and protects my skin while riding. Highly recommend.

My son tends to get rashy after being in the ocean. This soothes the skin and reduces the rash. He even puts it on before going out, and it seems to create a barrier on his skin so he doesn’t end up with a rash. Highly recommend!

I had only used bodyglide in the past for running - under my sports bra in front & on inner thighs to prevent chafing and between my toes to prevent blisters. It helped some & was better than nothing…but I didn’t know what I was missing until using this! SO much easier to use this between my toes! Much easier application and much more comfortable than running with Hydrocolloid Bandages around my toes (& a lot less expensive than those bandages too.) I’ll use for summertime too for wearing shorts, skirts, etc. to prevent thigh chafing. Almost forgot - I’ve been using it with dress shoes lately to prevent blisters/rawness where the straps hit my feet - AMAZING! Why they don’t market it for this use, I don’t know! I’ll never go back to bodyglide - much happier with this!

This cream, at least for me, almost totally eliminated the chaffing and irritation that a 20 to 30 mile ride can cause. Frankly, I was surprised. It really works.

Used this for my first 10K race. Worked amazing and washes off easily. Prevented any heat rash and protected any rubbing areas. Made the event much more enjoyable.

This stuff is pricey, but it works. It’s like night and day difference when you do and don’t use this for bike rides longer than at least an hour.

Used anti-chafe cream for the first time for a 60 mile ride and it eliminated all my usual chaffing points.As this was my first time using anti-chafe cream, I can't compare to other brands but can say this brand worked great. I used fairly sparingly and it worked great and will definitely continue using this.
