This is a must in today’s world!
Lectin is everywhere and it’s hard to eliminate it completely from my diet. I do like my beans, peanuts, potatoes, tomatoes, etc. so I take this daily as an insurance policy. I have found better digestion and don’t feel sluggish like I used to when I consume high lectin food. I can feel the overall synergetic positive effects and I will continue taking this!

Causes Bloat, Water Retention, and Distention
This causes severe bloat and water retention. I took 2 pills in the morning, the next day I woke up 5 lbs heavier than I had been in the past 12 months. I didn’t think it was this, so I continued to take it and suffered greatly for the next few days from bloat and water retention. I was careful not to eat any lectins during that time, so under normal circumstances I would not have had any bloat at all.
