Surprisingly very good. You get a very good pump on the chest and triceps. Far more intense than your standard press ups, with all the different muscle types it activates

Good quality but a bit slippery
Product is good, quality is good but its not totally anti-slip … it slips after a few reps.

The product is undamaged, but the box is badly damaged making it unsuitable to give as a present, for which it is intended!!
