Great quality energy level and taste good

So far these omega vitamins are amazing, they don’t have a crazy fish taste like other ones.

I have been taking this item for month now and I have not noticed any adverse health issues. I train 3-4 times a week and typically I have good energy level.

I'm 48 years old. I lift weights and run 3-5 days a week. Honestly, exercise keeps me sane. Over the years I've developed minor shoulder and knee pains. I started out taking Animal Pak & PM recovery. Then I added Flex & Omega. I don't have any carry-over pain. In other words, if I wear myself out on an 11-mile run, maybe my knee or hip or whatever hurts a little right afterward. Maybe not.
