This product is amazing. I feel so much better after doing this cleanse. The 2nd day was rough....not gonna lie. But days 3-7 I had so much energy and lost 8.5 lbs overall. I also have not had (or needed) an energy drink for 3 weeks now. Also the poeple that ran out of powder didn't follow the directions. Days 1 and 2 you only do 1 scoop per shake. I had just the right amount for the week.

This is a great protocol to clean up your gut and reset. Takes away cravings and allows you to feel full all day long.

I have done several dozen cleanses in my life. I am 58 years old and have an M.D. degree. Past favorites have included the Chopra 7 day cleanse and a fantastic formula from Blessed Herbs but unfortunately these products are no longer available. This did NOT act like a detox cleanse with healthy occasional trips to the bathroom. Instead it constipated me completely for 3 days. I got restless legs on day 2, headaches, and extreme muscle fatigue despite drinking copious amounts of water. Needless to say I quit the cleanse on day 3 and was a bit disappointed with the experience for the cost. Please be warned this is a very harsh cleanse for certain individuals.

I highly recommend this cleanse by Dr. Cabral. I followed directions to the T and within a week had shed a significant amount of water weight and felt great! It was a great kickstart to getting back on track with my wellness.

This is an amazing product! These are high quality supplements, with an effective method, to attain a deep liver detoxification and purify the body of toxins. I lost about 5 pounds in one week! It comes with easy to follow instructions and a healthy food guide. There are also links for additional information and podcasts with tips on how to complete the detox. The daily nutritional support powder is loaded with vitamins, protein, and minerals. Also, it’s vegan and hypoallergenic, which is great since I have food allergies. The chocolate flavor is very tasty and goes great in a shake or smoothie. I’m so glad the detox and other Equilibrium Nutrition products are now available on Amazon! I had it delivered the next day! I will definitely buy this product again and highly recommend it.

I was worried about the fasting portion of the cleanse, but went really well with no hunger issues. Felt great when I completed the cycle. Will definitely do this ever few months.

I was so so so happy about this product. I couldn't wait to use it and do my Detox week.I bought the chocolate one... but to be honest, is a horrible taste and was pretty difficult to drink it, but I was really strong because I wanted to have my detox week. I was really weak during the day but ok, all normal. So I chilled out.The second day again pretty difficult to drink the shake but ok, let's do it, tomorrow you can eat I was saying to myself. The second shake was giving the vomit, to be honest, but still, I had it. I couldn't really stay awake the second day, even If I was doing nothing, I had a nap of 2 hours, and I NEVER NAP. Before my last shake, I just passed out so after that I just had a big mango, a banana and the day after I started again my normal life. Never again, I risked to hurt myself and the taste is something incredibly horrible. So I do not recommend it and I have returned it.

I won’t place the positive aspects of this detox as those prior have noted it already. This detox works really well. However my protein powder did not last until the end of my detox. Just did my last shake of the day and there is nothing left for my last two days. Very disappointed that I won’t be able to complete the detox. I may just do a 24 hour fast to compensate but would have like to finish the full detox. NOT HAPPY.
