Not directly as the power/charging connector is a 3.5mm pin type. There is a great cheap solution though which lets you recharge from a USB adapter or powerbank. The 'MERES 1M/3ft USB Cable for Amazon echo [1st + 2nd generation] | Echo Plus | Amazon fire TV 2 Power Supplier - USB 5V to DC 15V | 3.5mm Outside Diameter' is designed to run Echo devices from a portable a powerbank and converts 5v to 15v, its seems to do the job perfectly on the Capsule Max

Q: Is there a way to adjust brightness? For me it is too bright.

In your case, please change the image mode of the Capsule Max into "Battery Mode" through Settings>Projector>Image mode to get it dimmer.
