These seem to really work. When I take them in the morning, it keeps me with a full feeling for most of the day. I absolutely noticed a difference.

I think the pills are ok. I saw not difference in my A1C numbers while taking it. They didn't upset my stomach. The pills are easy to swallow.

If you want a carb-blocker get one like this that contains white kidney bean. Don't waste your $$ on one that doesn't - because they won't work. This is the only effective kind, and this brand is the best value in that kind.

I had some white kidney beans pills from a different company that I really liked and worked well. When I ran out, I couldn’t find the same product, so tried this one instead.I have been taking them for several days and they haven’t had any effect on my appetite like the previous brand did. As far as I can tell, they’re just white pills with nothing in them. Or a placebo, if anything.These have a lot more mg in them than the other brand, so I expected elevated effects but instead received none. Super disappointed.Have purchased from NutriCost several times before so I thought I could trust them. But their super low prices have be thinking all their supplements are just placebos.I am hesitant to purchase from NutriCost ever again and will try a different brand of WKB extract.
