A great pillow that supports my spine in the entire lower and central area. I bought it for my chair, which did not offer much support for the spine. And since I installed it on the chair, I feel much better. My spine simply rests. Great thing for work when you sit many hours in front of the computer. Easy to install on the chair with two straps. I highly recommend it/

This cushion is the best! It's incredibly comfortable, stays in place and has definitely improved my back pain. I was worried the padding might not be deep enough as my spine curves inward significantly but it's perfect. Highly recommend. Great for working at my desk or sitting in my armchair. I might get one for the car too! Also I have fibromyalgia and the softness of the cushion is ideal.

Lets face it, getting old sucks. I remember when i had a left knee and a right knee. Now I have a good knee and a bad knee. once you hit 40 to even have a chance you need to eat more carefully, exercise more frequently and think carefully about any physical interaction before performing it. This is of course just my experience! I have been largely desk based in my working life for over 10 years. And whilst I try to take regular breaks, it is an unconscious action that i end up leaning slightly forward for long periods whilst using my computer. As a result i cannot stand up without expressing a groan. No amount of replacement chairs or adjustments improve that midday ache across the base of my spine. I recently purchased a different version of this that was about half the size and strapped to the back of the chair about half way up. the issue i had is that it would always slip down and the support would be ineffective. This support is full length and sits at the back of the seat and also has elasticated clips to prevent it moving. I find the support from this far more effective,. The ergonomic design really provides good support at the base and around my buttocks, and i find myself leaning back into it far more than i lean forward. It has helped me be far more aware of my posture, and coupled with a foot stool I am far more comfortable during the day, and far less sore at the end of it. The memory foam is nice and firm whilst still cushioning your spine and feeling comfy. The mesh backing prevents your back from sweating during the hotter months (not that we get any of those here is sunny England!) Overall, very happy with this purchase and far more cheaper than trying to convince my boss that i need another new chair!

An excellent item. Very supportive and will last a long time.

First thing I noticed about this cushion is it's not as large and chunky as I expected. It looks better tailored to smaller female frames rather than my 6ft tall, wide back and broad male shoulders which end up dwarfing it.But I do tend to need a good support pillow to prevent my slouching and am easily prone to bad backs. In this regard the cushion is absolutely helping. I don't know if it's really offering the level of lumbar support it's claiming though as the pains do still creep in after a while. The cushion is serving only to delay problems. But to be fair I wouldn't' expect a cushion to do that in the first place. It's a piece of furniture, not physio! If you have any kind of flat backed chair this is bound to be a whole lot better than nothing.Being memory foam it's comfortable to rest against. The straps are handy for keeping it in place. For the 20 quid paid for it I can't complain on the price. All in all, pleased with the purchase.
