The media could not be loaded. These are really nice spoons! I love the heat-sensitive tip! The color changes to white when the food is too hot. It’s super helpful. Now I don’t need to try my baby’s food every time I feed her just to make sure it’s not hot. My baby also enjoys using them as a teether, so they definitely get a lot of use.The only downside is the handle. It’s fine for self-feeding, but when I’m feeding my baby I have a hard time getting a comfortable grip. If I have a bit of food on my hands, the spoon gets slippery which makes it a little annoying. Still a really good buy overall. I just wish the handle was a bit easier to hold.

The color changing for temperature works really well the spoon itself is fantastic for feeding a baby new to foods. The bowl of the spoon is shallow enough that it’s not overloaded with food and easy for the baby to get the right amount into their mouth.

The size of the spoon makes it easy for me and baby to hold. I really like how the part of the spoon where baby eats food is flexible; it’s not a hard plastic. I also REALLY LIKE how accurate the temperature mechanism determines if her food is too hot. Easy to clean.

I thought the color changing feature would be a lot more useful for gaging when my baby's puree is cool enough to eat, but time and again I find myself with my finger in his food just to be sure - how am I supposed to know what temperature the vaguely turned white spoon is indicating? So, the temperature indicating feature for me has been moot, HOWEVER, the material of the spoon has been excellent in both easily scooping food into the little dude's mouth and becoming a teether when he's decided he's done eating. I highly recommend these for their quality and price, but not for their color changing feature.

Works as expected, perfect size

My daughter learned to eat with these spoons first. She learned that when it turned white that the food was too hot and so she had to wait or blow on her food to cool it. I was concerned because we'd put the spoons in the top rack of the dish washer. They came out clean but had turned white because the water had been so hot inside. After several more uses and a few more times through the top rack of the dishwasher, the spoons turned white and never returned to their original color. I got a lot of use out of 'em before this happened and I'm sure you do need to replace them fairly frequently but I had hoped they would return to their regular color at least a dozen times more. These spoons are extremely durable. My lil girl has learned great control with them and they are easy for her tiny hands to hold.
