What Material is this made from?

The sleeve is made of NYLCOT fabric : 68% polyester + 32% cotton. It's a very strong, durable material used for helper protection gear - full biting suits, sleeves, bite tugs. Sturdy, but safe for dog's teeth.

Which size and strength of the sleeve is suitable and strong enough for training a 2 year old Male Rottweiler

To be honest I have tried a few of the Dingo Gear bite sleeves including the so called tough one and my German Shepherd destroyed them all. I had more luck with the Viper multi level bite sleeve sold through Amazon Global.

What are the meaning of levels?

Level 1 is beginner level, soft small sleeve for puppy and young dogs, going to level 2-3 is for advanced bite training but every step should be taken, level 4-5 for bite experts to hone bite skills learnt in levels 1-3, generally, these levels can also be thought of as sleeve hardness levels from level 1 super soft to level 5 super hard
