What does the HB part stand for and what does the little clock symbol stand for?

Howdy! I'd be happy to answer those for you, please find the information below. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with us via our website.

'HB' stands for "Hunger Bar" this handy 1->10 bar allows you to record how hungry you were before your meal, on a scale of 1 (not hungry) to 10 (very hungry!). This is great for seeing how hungry you were throughout the day. Perhaps you're more hungry in the morning? Time for a bigger breakfast!

'Clock' The clock allows you to record the time of your meal, this is another convenient feature to see how your eating trends change over the weeks. Perhaps you're eating breakfast too early and not feeling hungry? This is a great way to find out!

'F' and 'H' stand for "Full" and "Hungry" - these are little tick boxes which you can check off after each meal. Did the meal leave you feeling hungry or full? This is great for Meal Planning, it lets you know which meals fill you up and alternatively which meals leave you wanting more!

'M' is a handy spot to quickly record your mood. By recording this, you can see how eating certain foods impact your emotions. This is also a great way to see which foods don't agree with your stomach, or your emotions!
