Great product and customer service team
I was gifted the old version as a baby shower gift and have recently started using this product. I must say it’s pretty handy, both the daytime and night modes work very well, the video quality is good and the screen is a reasonable size . Last but not least I had a query on the 2 way talk feature and emailed the customer service team, they are very responsive and extremely helpful. Would recommend :)

Brilliant baby monitor
I bought this monitor for my son as I had a different one before but it was no good.It was delivered for next day delivery the baby monitor is absolutely brilliant quality, night vision is very cleared battery life is excellent don’t need to charge it for a couple of days. Really easy to use and I’ve already recommended to family and friends and they’ve always ordered it and have said it’s excellent for the price!

Not bad at all
Good quality camera, great music feature, and great audio, but comes with poor instructions. For example the instructions do not tell u how to get the coloured imaged. So mine is generally black and white unless it changes itself. Would have been great if you could move the camera up and down from the parent screen also.
