I’m 6 foot six and I believe I got an extra large for my long legs. And the underwear works out OK no problems

Boyfriend works outside all winter long in zone 4. He wears them under his jeans and carhart bibs. Stays warm

Windproof outerwear may work best for wind protection when riding a motorcycle since it is usually made with multiple fabric layers including a TPU barrier in between the fabrics.
