Melatonin gummies sometimes just aren’t enough for me but this right here will fix your sleep schedule day one, it takes about 30 minutes to kick in but it works like a charm! After using ZzzQuill for a year with awesome success, decided to try Amazons version to save a couple bucks. Sorry Amazon, it’s just not as good. Helps me fall asleep just fine, but I wake up twice every time throughout the night and takes a bit to get back to sleep. Sorry, but Something is lacking in your version. I’m switching back.
