Works like a dream
These pills work like a charm. Just two if you can’t get to sleep or a feeling restless and it kicks in in under 20 minutes. They have no after taste when swallowing and you wake up next morning feeling refreshed and not groggy at all!

Sleep aid without painkillers
I like Tylenol PM when traveling to help with sleep and jet lag. This is the same sleep medicine without the Tynenol. Works for me but I know it doesn’t work for everyone. Non-habit forming.
