Without melting chocolate into each mocha, which isn’t not possible at a high volume cafe, ghiradelli is the best way to make hot chocolates and mochas. All Whey protein chocolate drinks taste terrible to me, but I need once or twice a day due to intense muscle resistance work.A tablespoon or more of this chocolate (I used to add coffee for taste) makes the protein drink more rich.I use Belgium and Dutch chocolate for dark, rich hot cocoa and have not tried it so far, but I am open.Good value as the standard (defaukt), won’t mention ubiquitous name) chocolate mix is terrible and tastes so bad Europeans mock it and make unfortunate parallels…
