I was wondering how to apply ice to my ankle and this wrap solved that problem! Individual pockets fit custom made ice packs. It serves its purpose. The only glitch is that the ice packs don't freeze as solid as I'd prefer but the product still works nonetheless! A great purchase if your ankle or elbow needs a cold compress.

Broke my ankle and had to have surgery to put a plate and screws in. Have a lot of swelling. This works great! Have cold on all sides of my ankle and foot and can still move around on my knee scooter without the ice pack falling off! Perfect product at a even better price!

I got this to ice my foot for plantar fasciitis so having the shorter ice pack on the bottom of the brace and the longer, thicker ones on the sides means you have to put one of the bigger packs on the bottom of your foot, then wrap the rest of it around the outside of the ankle, over the top of your foot then pull the top strap downwards to hold it in place. If that makes sense. LOL! Basically, it's not really made to ice the bottom of your foot, but you can make it work. All that said, I like it a lot. Well worth five bucks.

These were great for the price and very versatile fit for elbow, knees and ankle. Ankle fit did not wrap around foot well, but the Velcro straps got it to cover as needed. The ice packs do not freeze to hard; still slightly soft, but cold. Last for about 20 minutes.

Product fits well, not as snug around the ankle as I like. However, simultaneously cold pressure around the foot and ankle were needed, unlike other products. Stays cold well past 45 minutes, enough time for use on both feet. Good quality. Perfectly priced. Product did the job for me.

I don’t usually do reviews but for this product I had to! I had surgeries as a child on my feet that went wrong and now as an adult I suffer from pain and swelling. I was looking into an ankle ice pack that would completely cover my foot and ankle all around and this did just that! I saw a few for $20 or more and just didn’t want to spend that much on something I may or may not like. This was set at a great price and I decided to try it out. It feels sturdy and has a nice thickness. You can have it warm or cold and I LOVE IT. I would definitely recommend this product especially for the price. Thank you so much for this! Seriously for me it’s little things like this that are life changing.

Securing the wrap around my elbow is a challenge. I usually let my elbow rest on therapy system.

You CANNOT walk in this, just so you know. However the hot/cold packs are very well made -two years now and no leaking. I am not using them for my feet anymore because I need something I can walk in. To be fair I am not sure such a product actually exists. I am using these heat/cold packs for inside my knee strap as a heat source while keeping the pack that came with the knee brace as a cold source. The price for this product is absolutely amazing and worth it just for the hot/cold packs alone.
