These made my ear pro much more comfortable. They are super soft and mold nicely around the arms of your glasses. I upgraded both mine and the wife's with them. I got them because I got a new pair of shooting glasses and the arm was a bit different and causing a pressure point on the side of my head. These are softer and mold around the arm but still seal will to block the sound. I am glad I took a chance on them.

I've been wearing earmuffs for hearing protection for almost 30 years. It's nice to be able to just replace the pad when they get hard and uncomfortable, when the muffs themselves are still usable.

Gave a new life to my several year old Howard Leight Impact Sport ear pro. Make them feel better than ever, the comfort is other level and the noise seal is so much better than stock. Absolutely get these!

Wonderful Fit in my Howard Leight by Honeywell, Impact Sport headset. They have a 3m adhesive back (looks to be a peel & stick), but it's not used for this head set. It's held in by the same tabs which hold the original. Snap the old out, set the new in: Easy swap! The plastic covering the gel is very thin, but that's part of why they are so comfortable. They form around prescription safety glass frames and stay sealed when turning my head & moving around. The thin cover & soft gel allow me to wear them thru my entire shift. These are what Honeywell should have used in the first place. Four stars cause they're too expensive for what they are.

Easy to remove old an replace with gel. These work much better than the originals.

Works well. Snaps in place. Also has 3M tape to attach it but I only used the snaps and stays on.

Wish I bought this 8 years ago. My head doesn’t hurt after a day of shooting now. I just did a three day, 10 hours a day class with no problems.
