I’ve been using Solgar Ester-C Plus 500 mg for a while and really like it. It’s gentle on the stomach compared to regular vitamin C, and I haven’t experienced any discomfort. I got this mainly to help with bruising. I bruise very easily and I decided to try adding extra vitamin C to see if that would help cut down on the amount of bruises I get just my daily activities and it works well for me.

I can't swallow tablets so this product is perfect for me. It's also getting harder to buy OTC so I'm happy that Amazon supplies it.

I'm not sure how affective vitamin c is for me, but as someone who has gerd, I can't eat most things that have vitamin c in it. However, I seem to tolerate this very well! I have no reactions. Would recommend if you're looking for a non-acidic vitamin c option.

I have been using this supplement for 5 years now and it’s a great immune support for a day to day basis. The Ester-C formulation is much more gentle for my stomach and has better results in a long run.
