Replaced my old Cat 7 cable with this Cat 8 cable and speed has been stable so far. My old Cat 7 cable was slowing the speeds down to 90/90 mbps with my Verizon Fios 1 gb plan. Troubleshoot with Verizon tech and the problem was with my connection from the ONT to the router. I have the Asus ROG GT AX 11000 router and on troubleshooting with the router, it says the cable could be the source so changed the cable to this Cat 8 cable and my speed is now around 750/750 mbps via WiFi with 34 connected devices. Totally happy with this cable.

As expected, and works great with our net extender box and Sony TV. Just plug and go. The 6’ was great for our needs, but the length always seems shorter in person, so, when in doubt, buy longer than you think you need. If I need another one of these, this is the brand I’ll come back to.

This is a 6' ethernet cable. It arrived with nice plastic protectors for the two male ethernet connectors, and when the cable was installed it functioned perfectly. Right now this cable is serving as a back-up, as my old ethernet cable (several years old) is still functioning perfectly. It always makes sense to have some quality replacement parts.

What if I told you that this Cat8 literally saved my career. Well, that is exactly what happened. You can run over 400 upload speed and a Gig of download speed. This is a must have for IT worker, Customer Service or any WFM job.

I’m convinced that the data transfer speeds, bandwidth, screen resolutions and processing capabilities available today long surpassed their points of diminishing returns such that none but the most discerning among us pretend to notice anything beyond technical improvements in benchmarks amounting to nothing of particular use to even someone who has a twenty room house with tvs streaming 8k video in each and the best vision and hearing of anyone on earth.This is all to say that this could be the best Ethernet cable on earth - and who knows, maybe it is - but at the end of the day once you plug this premium shiny and extra-stiff Cat8 from wall to device, you’re going to have a working connection, externalities notwithstanding. It’s not gonna be this cabl’e fault nobody ever ran Ethernet into that wall plate or that what you think is an Ethernet hookup is actually for a landline.You’ll get data transfers at expected speeds with no issues and maybe your benchmarks will improve but the likelihood that the improvements in performance that you say you notice isn’t just you lying to yourself added to the likelihood that you’re lying to someone else instead doesn’t leave much room left in the pie chart for other likelihoods.Oh and to address the stuff that it suggests: it’s durable, inflexible, it does have color, and it is the correct length, give or take a centimeter.

This cable was exactly what I was looking for. The quality is very good and it was super easy to connect. The length was what I was looking for and the thickness of the cable was very good. It works well and functioned perfectly
