Using it regularly
I recently switched to doing laundry by hand. Laundrymats and old washers make me feel ill. I’m surprised to say I enjoy doing laundry the old fashioned way. The Mobile Washer clothes agitator works well. You can do it as slowly or energetically as you wish, and it still gets the job done. The most water movement through the laundry happens when the water level is near the top of the cone. Good product, nice presentation with a muslin cloth bag for storage.

Hand saver! Highly recommended
Favorite way to wash clothes? Not really, but it absolutely beats washing my hand! You do have to make sure not to turn it the direction where the head will unscrew, but overall I have been very pleased with it! My washer was broken and I was washing clothes in a bucket for 2 months. This is also great for pre-rinsing dirty towels and such

Works well for camping
Purchased this for while we are camping. We have 3 kids and they of course become a mess while we are camping, as they should be, and instead of having a ton of clothes to take camping and then a ton of laundry to do when we get home I just throw their clothes in a bucket churn them with this contraption, then place them in the clean water bucket rinse them then hang them to dry.

Works great!
Our washing machine broke and we didn’t have the money to fix it at the time. As a stop gap measure, we bought this.I was able to wash a load of clothes in our utility sink very easily with this little beauty! It made the task very easy. I would recommend everyone have one of these in their home for the occasional emergency, for travel, or for just saving money on electricity. The only difficulty with hand washing clothes was wringing them out enough at the end, but that’s not the problem of this device. It did it’s job perfectly; there are rollers you can buy if you want to make squeezing the water out easier.Unbelievable value for the price. Definitely recommend!

Okok. I wasn't sure how useful this would be.
I am #RVlife and far from laundry mats. I use this thing everyday with a collapsible water bucket. Though I thought this would be too much work, after a few times you get into the groove and it's ends up cleaning your clothes faster and better. Yes I could use my hands, yes, this was a plan b for my first choice of portable clothes washer, but dang! I love this thing. I love that it comes apart and you can store it away or leave it in the corner. I love that you can use it at three different lengths as well. Just keep up with your clothes and it will be your bff. I use it everyday.

It's not a permanent solution
I've used mine on and off for years. As you age, it gets harder to wring out the clothes and get out all the soap and it takes days for stuff to drip dry. My body finally rebelled and I had to reluctantly use the local laundromat. $6.25 per load for the jumbo washer that holds 3 regular washer loads. The amount of residual soap that came out of my hand washed clothing was shocking. I thought I'd been doing pretty good but I wasn't. So, I bought a portable washing machine from Amazon. The Helohome Portable Washer. What a blessing! My clothes have never been cleaner and my body is no longer in so much pain. So, save the breathing mobile washer for when there's no other way to do laundry and store some Depends so you always have clean underwear during a crisis.

Crap. Handle broke first use
Felt like churning butter-- hard work. Double that with it breaking without even getting to rinse the clothes out and it's not even worth the one star I have to give it to write this review. I've been using the Wonder Wash spin-drum style washer for nearly 4 years now and love it. I thought I would give this a shot because I can't wash very many towels at once. I now see how good I have it, and would nearly prefer to be washing one towel at a time, beating it with a stick by the riverside, than have to use this piece of junk.

Does what is supposed to
Excellent for washing small loads when you don't want to use up a lot of water. Effectively pushes the water and detergent through the clothes. Not effective if the load is too large...a few items only, like a small load of whites. Experience will teach you how much is too much.
