No, the camera requires manual focus.

Can i use my own usb microphone while using this cam?

At least on a PC... and if i use Zoom or Bluejeans apps... i can select which camera separately from which mic. So i think this is more about the conferencing apps you use. Not sure about other use cases.

Is the camera Zoom compatible?

Yes, that is why I purchased this camera. All I did was plug the camera in and when in Zoom you need to make sure that you have the setup correct.
