Will this fit a 2005 yz125?

It will however on my 04 it makes the throttle cable about 1 1/4" short. Now I am trying to fnd an off the shelf cable to work on it it. Grrrr.

Will this work on a 1992 yz250 2 stroke?

It will run on that engine it most likely will need to be rejected to you altitude and motor configuration you may also need to modify throttle cable and other attaching parts.

Will this fit my 2004 rm125

Cannot confirm for rm125 but it perfectly fit for my kx 125 1999
