Absolutely incredible amp for the price. It is amazing and built very well.

There's really nothing to dislike. The remote is a bit chintzy though and it's particular to how you aim it

Great receiver when it works - but Bluetooth often stops working
I purchased this item used 3 years ago to use as a receiver for (a) my TV (optical), (b) my turntable, (phono) and (c) my phone (Bluetooth.)While it met expectations on the first two points, and Bluetooth often works great, it routinely will seem to stop broadcasting the Bluetooth signal. I try all kinds of things to fix it: standby on/off, unplug/re-plug, reset Bluetooth (hold the play button on the remote for a few seconds.) Nothing works, but eventually it starts working again, usually in a few days or weeks.Originally I had cross shopped this against the Sony STRDH190 Bluetooth & phono receiver, but that receiver lacked optical input and was also MUCH larger and uglier compared to the simple design of the NAD C 328.Ultimately, I am now going to upgrade to something with a more reliable Bluetooth connection, but I really wish this receiver had worked out!
